Review of employment legislation

I recently was looking at the government’s review of employment legislation within their ‘Red Tape Challenge’ with the aim to submit my opinions based on my experience.  I have had a few thoughts (whether protected conversations will actually work, reduced flexibility with the Agency Worker regulations, disciplinary & grievance process streamlining etc) but would be keen to add any in that you may think worth mentioning.
